| Daniel R. Suhr is an attorney and counselor licensed to practice law in Wisconsin. He holds a J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and an Honors B.A., cum laude, in political science from Marquette University.
While in law school, he was an intern for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, a legal assistant at a health care technology company, and a research assistant for a professor. As an undergraduate, he was an intern in the Washington, D.C. office of a congressman and a participant in the Pre-Law Scholars program.
Daniel's legal writings are published or forthcoming in the Texas
Review of Law & Politics,
Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy, Wisconsin Lawyer, and State Court Docket Watch. He is also an occasional guest contributor to the Marquette University Law School Faculty Blog. He has lectured on non-profit law for the Leadership Institute and been an invited panelist at discussions held by Wisconsin Public Radio, Marquette University, and Edgewood College. A member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Federalist Society, and the Christian Legal Society, he is an Eagle Scout and a Marquette Men's Basketball season-ticket holder.
